Vladimír Křivánekpartner
Vladimír has been working in the tax field since 1999. Since 2000, he is a registered tax advisor and member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors.
Before joining TH TAX in 2014 he gained his many years of experience at prestigious international advisory firms (Arthur Andersen, White & Case).
Vladimír specializes in corporate income tax (with a particular focus on M&A, tax structuring and planning, assisting investment projects, pre-investment due diligence, transfer pricing, and intra-group services). His special interests also include VAT issues of all kind, including cross-border and trilateral business transactions.
In the course of his career as a tax advisor, Vládimír advised and represented major corporations such as ČEZ, RWE Transgas, Unipetrol, Zentiva, Avast Software, Telefonica O2, Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Komerční banka, Generali, EMMA, Notino, MOL or many real estate developers, to name but a few.
