Tomáš Hlaváčekpartner
Tomáš Hlaváček is the founder and managing director of TH TAX s.r.o. Since 1997, he is a registered tax advisor and member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors. He has more than fifteen years of practical experience from his work for international advisory companies (Arthur Andersen and White & Case). During his last three years with White & Case, he worked in the position of tax partner. Since 2002, he is a chartered accounting expert and member of the Chamber of Chartered Accountants.
Tomáš Hlaváček specializes in Czech and international aspects of corporate income tax, transactional tax advice, and the tax structuring of transactions. In the course of his career, he represented numerous renowned companies from such sectors as financial services, collective investment schemes, real estate investment.
