Michal Karabinoš specializes in international taxation, tax due diligence, transactional advice and comprehensive advisory services. Since 2023, Michal Karabinoš is partner of TH TAX.
Since 2017, Michal is a registered tax advisor and member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors with ten years of practical experience in tax consulting services.
Before joining TH TAX in 2017, Michal worked for three and half years at the tax department of Mazars.
Michal specializes in Czech and international aspects of personal and corporate income tax, due diligence, transactional tax advice, and the tax structuring of transactions. Furthermore, Michal is responsible for projects concerning liquidation process of Czech business companies from accounting and tax perspective.
